Our balms are tallow-based, made from carefully sourced beef fat. As a natural, minimally processed ingredient, tallow may carry a mild characteristic scent, sometimes with an earthy aroma from the herbal infusion, which is a normal attribute of high-quality, unrefined animal-derived ingredients. This does not affect the quality or performance of the product. Refunds are not offered for scent preference.
