Handmade Products

All Nudum Skincare products are handmade in small batches. Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, or scent may occur between batches. These natural variations do not affect the quality or performance of the product.

Packaging

Our product lids are made from aluminium, a lightweight and recyclable material. Due to the nature of this material, minor dents or surface imperfections may occasionally occur during production or transit. This is a characteristic of the material and does not constitute a fault or defect. Claims relating to cosmetic imperfections on aluminium lids will not be accepted as grounds for a return or refund.
