We want you to love your Nudum products. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied, please review our returns policy below.
Eligibility
- Items must be returned within 30 days of delivery.
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.
- Opened or used products are not eligible for a refund due to hygiene reasons.
How to Return
To initiate a return, please contact us at info@nudumskincare.co.uk with your order number. We will provide you with return instructions.
Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we will process your refund within 5–10 business days. Refunds will be issued to the original payment method. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Please note that return postage costs are to be covered by the customer.
Damaged or Faulty Items
If your order arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and we will arrange a replacement or full refund.
